Meet Coach Anita
I'm Anita Kishore, a Yale-educated, PhD chemist turned executive coach.
I've spent my career in deeply analytical environments, including management consulting and global Fortune 500 organizations. I understand analytical thinking from the inside, and I've seen how it shows up under executive pressure.
Today, I help analytical executives move beyond problem-solving to understand what actually drives great team and organizational performance. I have coached analytical leaders through different ways of leading, motivating, and inspiring others, for example:
Senior leaders & executives across organizations: NIH, DoL, Pfizer, Takeda, Merck, Bain & Company, academic institutions and more
Mid-career though senior leaders at New York University, iCoachGlobal, and state and municipal governments
Early career students - MBA students across America’s top 25 business schools, STEM university students in New York City, and Coca-Cola Scholars
If you'd like to explore how I can support you, let’s talk.
LifeSci NYC Internship Program
Through Career Coaching & Advisory Services, Anita helped launch the LifeSci NYC Internship, New York City's first internship program in life sciences.
The daughter of immigrants, Anita hails from rural Kansas, has lived on three continents, and now calls New York City home. You can find her listening to live music of all sorts (especially in smaller venues), and she used to sing in a band. Anita holds degrees in chemistry from Yale University (BS), the University of Melbourne (MSc, with honors), and the University of Georgia (PhD) and an MPA from the NYU Wagner School of Public Service.
