This free, online course in Mindfulness Meditation offers pragmatic instruction in how to start - or continue - a mindfulness practice. It is designed with busy individuals in mind - working professionals, students, or anyone who has lots of competing demands for their attention & time - a job, classes or research, and a home life.
Expect a supportive session where you’ll learn the basics of mindfulness and start practicing. All participants are welcome, regardless of background!

This course is free for all participants. There is no cost to join.

No, this is a "drop-in" class - join when you can. You are invited to join in any month you can.

In each session, we will practice mindfulness for up to 10min. The rest of the session will include a welcome and orientation to each class & Q&A.

Yes! This class will teach you the fundamentals of mindfulness meditation. This class is well-suited to beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
